AWA DANCE successfully embarked on their first online BOOTCAMP in February 2021! Attendees discovered how to empower themselves to become the leader that they want to be. As we enter into the digital world faster than we could have anticipated, our leadership bootcamps are a brand-new opportunity to take part in an interactive, participatory and intense online experience with inspiring workshop leaders at your fingertips. Our online bootcamps are unlike any other, forget the sit-and-listen style that you’ve experience before, and join AWA DANCE charity in its mission to empower the female leaders of today, to navigate the challenges of tomorrow!

HEAR WHAT PEOPLE HAD TO SAY

This weekend has re-ignited the fire in my soul and the light in my eye.

It has given me more drive, determination and motivation to keep moving forwards. It made me feel part of a community - especially getting to hear about the work and aspirations of the women in the group. Knowing that you are not alone in trying to bring new ideas and experiences through dance.

The insight and wisdom every session and speaker brought was invaluable. It was amazing to hear from such powerful and experienced speakers driven to change societal infrastructures for the better of women - and everyone!

This camp had ignited my thoughts and actions. There was so much to take from this camp, to mention just a few, the importance of values, speaking out when needed and handling conflicts.
Before I felt very unconfident and some level of discomfort being asked or being presented with the idea of leading, or being put on the spot and sharing. Now, even after these few days I feel much happier and willing to take on a wide range of events!
