The Junior Ambassador programme is a 12-month opportunity for young artists aged 14 – 18 years old to represent the charity as ambassadors and work with us to develop and deliver our work. Throughout the year they receive mentoring from Director Avatâra Ayuso as well as support to deliver projects they want to see within the charity or projects of their own outside of the charities framework.

Attend AWA DANCE events for free including Power Girl Bootcamps and the Women in Dance Leadership Award Ceremony

Development of the Body Image in Dance Training research
Social media takeovers including hosting IGTV lives
Leadership Tracking
This opportunity has also previously been used by Junior Ambassadors as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award certification.
