Did you know that only 50% of women have access to mentors? We are on a mission to change that in the dance sector AWA DANCE mentoring scheme is for you to develop your leadership skills and creative craft, in order for you to take the next steps towards your aspirations and goals. The programme runs for 7 months (June-December). The mentoring offers 3 sessions with an allocated mentor, and 3 extra group mentoring sessions to develop your own leadership style.
Who is it for?
Women in the performing arts sector (professionals or students in higher education over 18 years old)
You can be a choreographer, producer, photographer, movement director, teacher, dance writer, dancer, podcaster, etc. See our approach on what we mean by women
