From mentoring and workshops based on our dance and leadership curriculum to our bootcamps and Leadership Breakfasts
It is our priority to give women in dance opportunities to practice their leadeadership skills, from placements, mentoring, our awards and special creative projects run with women (involving girls and creatives from a varity of industries)
We want to improve research on women and girls in the dance sector, to collect data and to measure our impact to instigate change in the UK dance sector & wider society
